PRIVACY POLICY

1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you buy something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other news.

2 - CONSENT

How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to us collecting that information and using it for that specific purpose only.

If we ask you for your personal data for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your explicit consent or give you the opportunity to opt out.

3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Use.

4 - SHOPIFY

Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify's data stores, databases and the general Shopify application. There, your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment method to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. They are encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is only stored for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that, your transaction data will be deleted.

All direct payment methods adhere to the standards set by the PCI-DSS, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, in a joint effort and support of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

The PCI DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.

Klarna
In co-operation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment period is [14] days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, provision of the service. The complete invoice terms for the countries in which this payment method is available can be found here: Germany, Finland, Great Britain, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland.
• Payment by instalments: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly instalments according to the conditions specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. Further information on instalment purchases, including the general terms and conditions and the European standard information for consumer credit for the countries in which this payment method is available, can be found here (only available in the countries indicated): Denmark, Germany, Finland, Great Britain, Norway, Austria, Sweden.

The use of the payment methods invoice and instalment purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.

5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third party service providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the services they provide to us.

However, certain third party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your transactions related to the purchase.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you understand how your personal data is handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers are located in a different jurisdiction than you or us, or have facilities located in a different jurisdiction. 6 - DATA PROTECTION

When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

7 - COOKIES

Here you will find a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to reject cookies.
